Fantasy Cakes may at any time, at its sole discretion, amend, vary or modify these Terms Conditions without notice.

Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before placing your order with Fantasy Cakes. By using the Fantasy Cakes service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Modifications to this site including these Terms and Conditions will be effective immediately and any subsequent use by you of the website will constitute an acceptance of those modifications. Please re-read these terms and conditions before subsequent use. In the event that you do not agree with any of these terms and conditions or any changes made, you must immediately stop using this site.

We reserve the right to refuse the sale of goods or services or to cancel an order under certain circumstances.

A 50% deposit is required to confirm a booking. No order will be commenced until such time as a deposit has been paid. When ordering online payment in full is required, if you do not wish to have the full amount charged at the time of ordering please place a note to only charge 50% in the comments box when completing your order. Please note that all deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.

If you cancel your order your deposit will not be refunded, at the discretion of management and dependent on the circumstances, a credit note may be issued less an admin fee of $30 on orders placed online, $80 on orders placed in store (includes phone orders)and $100 on wedding cake orders.

If you cancel your order within 14 days of the delivery or collection date there will be no credit issued and any balances outstanding will be due and payable.

Please note that any credit notes issued are done so as a good will gesture and at the discretion of management.

Any changes made to your order within 14 days of collection or delivery will incur a surcharge, depending on the change requested. In most cases we can accommodate changes, however at times it is not possible. We will however endeavor to accommodate you to the best of our ability.

Quality
At Fantasy Cakes we pride ourselves on the quality of our products and services. It is important to remember that cakes are a perishable and delicate product. Our aim is to provide only the freshest and highest quality cakes to our customers. Unfortunately once we dispatch our cakes or our customers take possession of them, a number of factors relating to the care and transportation of the cakes may result in the quality being compromised or damage occurring to the cakes that are beyond our control or responsibility.

Care instructions must be followed thoroughly in order to avoid compromising the cakes quality, freshness and design. To assist in the care of your cake we have provided tips on transportation, storage and cutting on our features pages. Unfortunately, with all the possible variables, it is difficult for Fantasy Cakes to guarantee the cake quality in every case once it has left our premises.

Variations from pictured items
In some cases it may be necessary to change a colour or vary a product from the picture on our site as certain cake decorating items may from time to time be unavailable.
Please note that where colors are concerned, the picture represented on our website may not be a true representation of the color of the cake as quite often screen colors are not correct and therefore your cake may appear to be different in color from that shown.
Where items are provided on cakes (plastic figures, toys or handmade sugared items) they are strictly provided as decorations on a cake, if there are any breakages or faults with the items after they are removed from the cake we will not replace, exchange or make new items.

Refunds
As each cake is unique, so too, are your special requirements and concerns surrounding your order. For that reason, we ask that you please submit your concerns to our Customer Service Department either via email or post to 74 Renshaw St East Doncaster 3109. A number of resolutions may be available to you and are subject to your particular situation.

If there is an issue with your order please note that you must refrigerate or freeze the cake immediately and return it to us on the next business day if we are to consider any refunds at all.

Note: All refunds for orders placed online or over the telephone are credited back to the original credit card on which the order was purchased. Refunds for in-store purchases may be processed through the original credit card for which the order was purchased or by eftpos only. A voucher to the same amount paid will be issued for all cash purchases

Disclosure of Information
Fantasy Cakes will not disclose any personal information such as your name, address, email, telephone number to any person outside of the company, unless the customer has authorised us to do so or unless required by law to disclose such information. Furthermore, under no circumstances will Fantasy Cakes sell or receive payments or services for disclosing customer's personal information to any partner or external company.
