Deliveries
In the
highly unlikely event that your order is not received, please contact us as
soon as possible so we can investigate your order.
If in
advent you have given us a wrong address or if the recipient is not at
the delivery address you have provided on the given day for agreed delivery, we
will be unable to leave the cake due to the perishable nature of the goods.
In such cases the driver will return the goods to Fantasy Cakes and one of our
staff will contact you for further instructions.
You will be given the choice to either collect the goods in person from Fantasy
Cakes or to have your cake redelivered at an agreed date for a further
cost.
Monday to Friday -

At Fantasy Cakes we offer a
delivery service to MOST business addresses by 5pm and MOST residential
addresses by 7pm. Should a specific time delivery outside these parameters (e.g.
2pm delivery) be required, the order will be sent on a priority service
and charged at the customer’s expense. If your order has been placed online, one
of our sales representative will contact you to notify you of the additional
charges required for your timed delivery request.

GENERALLY, your order must be placed by 10:00am two days prior to
the required date for collection or delivery. NOTE: Conditions may apply for
this as it largely depends on the distance of your desired delivery location and
our work load.

Saturdays
Generally we reserve Saturday deliveries for Wedding functions. However, if you require delivery on a Saturday, double the normal fee will be charged. Please note that we cannot guarantee any specific timed deliveries on this day.
All deliveries will be securely delivered up to 7:00pm.
Sundays and Public Holidays - NO DELIVERIES
Online orders placed on
Saturday and Sunday
ALL orders placed after 5pm on Friday and at any time of the day
Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday morning. Any
specific information about your delivery will be forwarded to you at that time.
When ordering online, please clearly indicate any specific delivery requests in
the 'comments/special instructions’ field on the order page.
Notification of
Delivery Fees
Should delivery restrictions (eg. specific time delivery) or additional charges apply for your order
placed online, you will be contacted by a Fantasy Cakes Sales Consultant
by telephone and if unsuccessful, then via email. If normal fees apply these
will be added to the total cost of your order without notification. You will receive an automatic
email confirmation of receipt of your order shortly after your order is
submitted. This does not mean that your order and delivery requirements have
been processed, only that your order has been successfully placed online. Once
your order has been processed by our staff you will receive a second
confirmation email that your order has been processed.
Note: We do require
a valid phone number and email address on your order to assist in contacting you
immediately should one of our Sales Team have any questions or concerns
regarding your order.
Returns
As each cake is unique, so too, are your special requirements and concerns
surrounding your order. For that reason, we ask that you please submit your
concerns to our Customer Service Department either via
email
or post to 74 Renshaw St East Doncaster 3109. A
number of resolutions may be available to you and are subject to your particular
situation.
If there is an issue with your order please note that you must refrigerate or freeze the cake immediately and return it to us on the next business day if we are to consider any refunds at all.
Note:
All refunds for orders placed online or over the telephone are credited back to the
original credit card on which the order was purchased. Refunds for in-store
purchases may be processed through the original credit card for which the order
was purchased or by eftpos only. A voucher to the same amount paid will be
issued for all cash purchases
